How To Use The Wordpress SQL GZ Backup File
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED INTERNET MARKETING TOOLS:

This is just a short post fitting for a tumblog. For those that emailed me and sent me tweets about it, here’s the answer!
With the Wordpress backup plugin I showed you on the last post, you will get an (InsertSQLDatabaseNameHere).sql.gz file
It’s not that easy to find a straight forward answer to this on the net and I hate that! I would wish Google would show me a top ranked site with a simple step by step article about this topic but I just get worthless threads.
1. Go to your host account (cPanel)
2. Look for phpMyAdmin , click it, you will be directed to a new window.
3. Click the “databases” tab on the upper left corner. Pick your Database Name. (This is part of your .Sql.Gz File name Eg. wp1 or WP21)
4. Click the “import” tab on the upper right
5. Choose your .SQL.GZ file
6. Check your site
