		<description>thank you Gabrielle! Exactly, people told me that this is almost impossible to implement into their daily routines. But I personally tell people to do what you just said. Take small steps at the beginning and you will get to the goal even faster.

And yes, they will keep going once they know the world doesn&#039;t fall apart. :)
